The Deliberative Democracy Consortium
The Deliberative Democracy Consortium (DDC) is a network of researchers and practitioners working together to strengthen the field of deliberative democracy. The Consortium seeks to support research activities and to advance practice at all levels of government, in North America and around the world. Since its inception in 2002, the DDC has:
Developed new tools for practitioners, researchers, and public officials
Assembled new networks for federal officials, and for researchers and practitioners
Assisted federal agencies in their public involvement work.
